The modern interpretation of the hammered metal vase is identified with metal work from India. Centuries old technique of hand hammering on brass is reproduced in this vase made of aluminum. Aluminum, which is a lighter weight material, gets transformed into this highly attractive decorative vase that can be used as a stand-alone decoration or with dried or permanent botanicals. This fluted neck style was often used for transporting and pouring water but this version is not watertight.
