Sales tax is charged for your order based on the laws and regulations of the province or the state indicated in the shipping address.

Canada: We offer free shipping on orders over $199 in Canada. Orders that do not meet the $199 threshold are charged a shipping fee based on the weight of the order, and the fee is calculated on the first page of the checkout.  

Free In-store pick-up: You are always welcome to pick up your purchase in store.

In-stock orders ship from our warehouse in Montreal and typically arrive anywhere in Canada within 3-5 business days. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday during regular business hours. 

If an item is not in stock we will contact you with the expected delivery date. Please be aware that your product may be shipped directly from the vendor for faster delivery. 

We are happy to provide you with delivery quotations for expedited deliveries as well as international orders.

We use Canada Post, FedEx or UPS to ship most products, though items that are too large are shipped via specialized carrier. In most cases, these specialized carriers will call you prior to delivering your order to arrange a convenient delivery time during regular business hours. Yes, we ship internationally. You may be required to pay duties, broker, and clearance fees depending on the origin of the products ordered. Please call (514) 416-2013 or email for assistance.

It’s our pleasure to assist you with your return. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and consult the details of our return policy here. All returns require a return authorization number to be processed and some returns may be subject to restocking fees.
