Corbett Lighting
Hudson Valley, NY
Corbett Lighting stands as a distinguished American design house, celebrated for its "jewelry for the home" philosophy and its unapologetic pursuit of high-fashion illumination. A flagship brand within the Hudson Valley Lighting Group, Corbett has established itself as a global authority for those seeking avant-garde, statement-making silhouettes that serve as the definitive focal point of a room. Today, the company is a primary resource for interior designers who demand "sculptural luxury," offering an elite catalog that spans from sprawling, hand-crafted foyers and crystal-drenched pendants to architectural wall sconces that bridge the gap between fine art and functional lighting.
What truly distinguishes Corbett Lighting is its relentless exploration of "couture-grade" materials and complex, multi-layered finishes. The brand’s designs often showcase a masterful interplay of rare elements, including hand-blown Venetian glass, natural capiz shells, semi-precious stones, and hand-applied silver and gold leaf. By prioritizing intricate hand-craftsmanship and a "more is more" aesthetic, Corbett ensures that every fixture possesses a unique, radiant character that avoids a mass-produced feel. This dedication to artistic integrity and high-end construction results in a signature look of timeless glamour, making their lighting an essential, high-impact element of any prestigious residential or commercial interior.
