The Cave Sculpture collection is inspired by the Paleolithic Chauvet-Pont-d'Arc cave paintings in France. The cast iron forms depict the animals in motion as originally drawn over 30,000 years ago and are hand-finished to evoke the spirit and materiality of the original charcoal on limestone paintings. Mounted on a flamed granite base the sculptures will bring a warmth and sense of history to any environment.
